Darcy and Chris first met at Babson College in 2003, where Chris was working as the sports information director and Darcy was a member of the women’s softball team. They didn’t know at the time, but the friendly banter they shared over the next four years would lead to love two years after she graduated. Five of her teammates became her bridesmaids.
These two warm and fun-loving people had a Boston-themed wedding (orchestrated by the mother-of-the-bride) at The Woodlands Inn, complete with huge photo murals of the Boston Harbor skyline as well as Fenway Park Stadium. The guest seating cards were Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority “Charlie Cards” and the cocktail hour room was decorated as the Boston Museum of Fine Arts Egyptian Collection.
